Well - "Greetings" World's !!
It's a gloomy & wet Thursday, here in the South-West wilds of England... mind you, it's only a little after 9am - so, things might brighten up, as the day goes along......
As I type - I'm home alone.... again. No, really - it's no big deal..... B has just gone out to a meeting in town & - in a very short while - our Daughter, ME, should be home from another night shift at work. For those of you new to my words - she is a nurse & from to time... well, most of the time... she does nights. Having said that - she starts her new job, in a few weeks.... so, I'm personally hoping she will do fewer nights & just do day shifts !! We'll see how it goes.... you also have to remember our Son - J - is away, at Uni.... well, apart from the cats... that just leaves me here !!
It's going to be a quiet day, it has been a very long night - to explain.
Yesterday, I was poorly.... so, as you do - when you're sick........ well, as I do (at least) - I slept right thru' the day !! This meant that, last night, I wasn't very tired at all.... result, I didn't sleep for very long. If you throw young Archie - our kitten - into the mix... well, it was a very long night !!
At one point, B & I were watching TV and were both very wide awake......... it was interesting tho' !! There was a programme, about disabled kids & examined how, over the years, attitudes have changed. Not that many years ago, parents were being advised by Dr's to have their children institutionalized, rather than being raised at home.... in a loving family environment. It all seems very harsh to watch now.... but, B & I met at one of these institutions, way back - many Moons ago..... we were both helpers there.
Once or twice a week - I would go out to the 'hospital' and help with the guys who lived there & one night, along came B.... and the rest is history, so to speak !! Oh well.....
Ok - that's the family & a bit of a history lesson.... now, the music of the moment !!
As I type, I'm listening to Within Temptation's 'The Promise'....... I should be able to tell you which of their Cd's it's from - but, I've forgotten & I'm too darn lazy to try & find the disc, to actually track
it !! Anyhoo - it's one of their tracks..... and, I'm playing it thru' the iPod thingy - better known as the Mini Egg !! For an explanation - go back, to about April or May & you'll find it in one those posts !!
Right - the actual thing, that I'm playing, is a compilation of stuff..... just like the old "mix tapes" of years back... this time, on a Cd - which I've transferred over to the Egg. In this case - it's a collection, which goes by the name of 'Bust A Gut 3 - The Wheelchair Shuffle' !! Yep - I kid you not !!
It's a follow up to 'Bust A Gut' which was a 6 Cd thing I put together in 2001........ that was followed by 'Bust A Gut 2 - In Through The Out-Door'..... that was only a 4 Cd collection !! This one - well, I got a little carried away & I landed up doing an 18 disc collection !! It's all kid of crazy - but, at the time, it made some kind of sense !!
I intend to do a 4th collection..... which has a working name of 'Bust A Gut 4 - Bad To The Bone'. Kind of catchy, well - I thought so at least !!
The whole idea, the reason for doing them, came about in 2001 - when I spent 7 weeks in the hospital & the collection was made up of stuff I was listening to, while I was there !! Then - in 2002 - following another hospital stay... well, you might be getting the picture ..... 'Bad To The Bone' is coming together, mainly as I've been stuck in the bloody hospital, having my spine (kind of) fixed !! I'm not sure just how many Cd's this one is going to work out at.... but, I suspect it'll be more than a few !!
Oh well.......
Ok - my plans for today - none at all really !! I have a few things that I need to do, but nothing that will kill me, if I don't get around to them. I really want to get thru' sorting out the Cd's.... I have made a (sort of) start - but, I really need to work out what should go where & everything. Some of them - the Cd's - were put on the shelves, behind me, in early May & I've not got around to sorting them out, since then !! They really are in a right mess.... never mind !! It's going to give me something to do, for a while at least !!
I'm hoping the postman will bring me a new - to me at least - Korpiklaani Cd........ I'm not sure when it will get here - but, it'll be fun giving it a listen. Hopefully some of it will be in English - my language skills are very, very limited !! I must away....
I thank you all for logging in & reading my words........ feel free to log in again - it's always good to know you're there..... until next time...
Bye Bye

Genesis & Pink Floyd
Well "Hello" World's !!
I hope you are all doing well & that your bit of internet space is treating you as as well as you all deserve !!
It's another Tuesday, here in old England & I'm well happy.... it's been one of those days, where everything seems to have gone well - where everything has fallen exactly where I had hoped it would.... it's very rare I get days like today !!
Ok - I didn't get up very early... but, I had a great nights sleep & all seems to have been good with my night !! I didn't wake up on the floor or anything dumb like that !! Nevermind - onwards....
Once again, I'm home alone.... it's no big deal !! ME wanted to guy to why she works, to hand in her notice & B went along with her, for a bit of support !! I know how much this job has meant to my Daughter - so, to actually leave it.... well, I'm glad B went along, to just be with her !!
I'm not 100% sure when she will start her new nursing job - or everything that will go along with it - but, as long as she is happy - well, I'm happy !! B has promised to 'phone me, as they get closer to home.... just so I know they are safe & sound, as I've said before - I do worry about them !!
That's the ladies of the house... as for our Son J - well, he is still in Wales, at Uni..... so "Hi".... if you're reading these words !!
That's the family - as for the music of the moment - I'm having a bit of a "flashback" moment or two, as I'm playing the first (for me) Genesis album, 'Trespass' !! I wanted something different to listen to & this was it.... the tracks are:
1) Looking For Someone
2) White Mountain
3) Visions Of Angels
4) Stagnation
5) Dusk
6) The Knife
I'm really enjoying it... and, I'm tempted to keep playing the Genesis albums, from this one, onwards... until I start to get a little fed up with it all !! I think I have them all here - on Cd now.... and, I really used to enjoy listening to the old Lp's - well, that was until things got too commercial for me !!
I'm probably going to get a bit of flack for writing this - but, to me, they became a "singles" band, more concerned with their next "hit" than the actual music they were putting out, on Cd's !! Ok - go shoot me... it's just my thoughts....
Ok - going back to earlier.... I am very happy to say, I listened to all of the Pink Floyd (Knebworth) concert, that I mentioned a day or two back !! I was well happy with it - kind of transported me back, to a simpler time of our lives !! It was a typical 1975 set list:
1) Raving & Drooling
2) Got To Be Crazy
3) Shine On You Crazy Diamond - with Have A Cigar (in the middle)
4) Dark Side Of The Moon
5) Echoes
Not exactly a huge amount of tracks - but.... having been at the show, I was really pleased to hear a good copy of it again, after all of these years !! Talking of older stuff....
........ Tonight, on the BBC (I think) they are showing a Jimi Hendrix thingy, called 'Hear My Train A Comin' & that's on for about 90 minutes - right thru' until midnight !! So - I better think about getting a DVD sorted out for that, as I can't imagine being awake until then..... way passed my bedtime !!
Then, later in the week, on Friday... there is going to be a Pink Floyd night, on BBC 4. That's going to include a 1987 concert.... nothing overly "new" - but, it could be worth a watch !!
I've just started listening to the 2nd (for me) Genesis album - 'Nursery Cryme'.... with the fantastic 'Musical Box' as an opening number !! The tracks are:
1) Musical Box
2) For Absent Friends
3) The Return Of The Giant Hogweed
4) Seven Stones
5) Harold The Barrel
6) Harlequin
7) The Fountain Of Salmacis
"Wow" - I'm doing a lot of track listings tonight... oh well..... moving back 24 hours.....
I had to go back to the hospital, this time for a MRI scan. I was a bit "worried" about it - mainly as I have a body full of metal work !! But - as it was all new-ish... the scan could cope with that & it didn't matter !! Maybe the scanner could cope - but, I bloody struggled.... !!
Having to lay still, flat on my back.... actually on my open wound... for about 30+ minutes, well... it wasn't a lot of fun !! Nevermind - it's over now... so, I can put that bit of my life behind me & await the go ahead on the plastic surgery !! That's going to be new.... well, for me at least !! But - that's for another time !!
I did something a bit "odd" for me... a few hours ago - I actually called a friend from The Church, to see how he was getting along. He was a massive help & support, to me... when I really needed it.... earlier in the year !! So - I spent some time, just talking with him & catching up. Hopefully, if all goes well.... somebody from The Church will come to see me, here at home, in the near future !! It's been a very long time...... maybe too long - but, I'll see how things go.....
Alright - I better think about closing down now.... I've been writing this for far too long & I need to get on with a few other things ...... what I don't know, but as Archie has just come in, thru' the back door... all fluffed up, I'll see if he wants feeding - now that's a stupid question - of course he'll want feeding !!
Thank's for logging in.... until next time...
Bye Bye

John McVie & more Allman Brothers.... Ho-Hum
Hi again World's !!
I hope your part of the Universe is treating you well ?! today is "Day 3" - as I've been counting it - of the great storm.... and, to be honest, we have got away with things quite lightly.
our hearts & prayers go out to those who have lost loved ones, over the last few hours.... as far as I know, from what I've seen on the BBC News, very little has happened in our little part, our little area..... the wind seems to have been further South of here.
The strangest part of it all - for me, at least, was how still everything was this morning - very peaceful & quiet !! That was about 9am, when I had to go down to the Dr's surgery - here in the village - to have my dressings changed.... more on that later.... but.... As we had been expecting "the worst" - to actually get out of the car this morning - it was sooooo quiet, it was all kind of strange really !!
But more importantly, the family !!
I'm "home alone" at the moment.... ME had a hairdresser's appointment this morning & B went along, for the ride.... and to give her some moral support, I guess !! From there - they are driving up to where ME hopes to be starting her new job soon....... and, if all goes to plan, from there - back in this direction, to take in a craft type shop......... Hopefully, all of that will happen smoothly !! I always worry about them, when they are out driving !! Not so much, because I think they will hit something - more that something/someone will hit them !!
That's the ladies of the homestead...... J, is still over in West Wales... studying at Uni. I hope all is going well for him, we've not heard otherwise - so, what do I know !!
As I say - that just leaves me here.... on my own, with 2 or 3 of the cats, to keep me company !! i can see the youngest "Archie" - who is asleep under the couch thingy. The oldest one, well, the last time I saw him, he was asleep up stairs...... I would say they are both "chilling out" - but, as I've got the heating on & it's pretty warm in here...... well, "chilling" is far from what they are doing !!
Anyhoo - that's the cats....
The music of the morning, so far.... well, I'll own up - I'm playing a load more Allman Brothers live stuff !! No real surprises there, I guess..... this time, I'm listening to the soundtrack to the bands 2003 DVD - recorded at the Beacon Theater in New York. I could watch the DVd - but, I prefer just to listen to the Dc's of the things. The tracks are:
1) Ain't Wastin' Time No More
2) Black Hearted Woman
3) Statesboro' Blues
4) Woman Across The River
5) A Change Is Gonna Come
6) Maydell
7) Come & Go Blues
8) Rockin' Horse
9) Desdemona
10) Don't Keep Me Wondering
11) Midnight Rider
12) Soulshine
13) High Cost Of Low Living
14) Leave My Blues At Home
15) Old Before My Time
16) The Same Thing
17) Milissa
18) Instrumental Madness
19) Worried Down With The Blues
20) Dreams
21) Whippin' Post
Ok - those are the tracks, lifted straight off of the DVD cover... I'm actually listening to the 4 Cd version of the show, that I did for myself..... oh, a few years ago now !! If you can't find the DVD - there is a good 2 Cd version of most of the show out, called 'One Way Out' and I highly recommend that !! It's a well good Cd & covers most of the above, in one way or another !! I just put it onto Cd - mainly, as you will know - if you're a long time reader - because I prefer to listen to bands, rather than watch them !!
The Cd's only have about 15 minutes to go... so, I'm not really sure what I'm going to play next - possibly the 2 Cd set, by Colosseum, that I bought the last time we went into Taunton. I've only had chance to play the odd track - so, today.... well, I'll try & give it a listen !!
I mentioned yesterday, about Lou Reed dying - this morning, I've read that John McVie has pulled out of the Fleetwood Mac Australian tour, after being diagnosed with cancer.... our thoughts & prayers are with you.
The postman has just been.... I am now the "proud" owner of 2 more Star Trek models, ho-hum !! This time... well, number 6 is a model of 'Voyager' & number 7 is a model of a Klingon 'K'T'inga-Class' battle cruiser. First of all - who comes up with all of these weird names, for so called alien spaceships ?! Oh well - they will go to whoever wants them, either when I'm very old & grey - or when I'm dead & gone...... hopefully someone will get some joy out of my madness, collecting various things...... time will tell !!
Right - I mentioned going down to the local Dr's surgery - to have my dressings changed. It's the first time that I've been down there, for a change.... up until now, the nurses have visited me here, in the house. That has worked, really well !! I'm at home & at ease, being in my own environment..... nevermind - today, I had to start going down to the surgery !!
Two things - other than going there - bothered me.... (1) We had to take a bundle of dressings with us - as they didn't have what I needed in their stock, which I think is piss poor..... & (2) I was there, in the surgery area, having my dressing changed & in walked a Dr.... with-out only the slightest of knocks at the door & no chance for me to say "No" to his coming into the room !! Where is my bit of
privacy ?!
I'm actually going to 'phone the practice manager in a few minutes & make a complaint about it..... how would a lady have liked it, if the Dr had walked in & found her topless, or worse !! Time will tell on that subject as well, I guess......
I also have to 'phone a friend... he came to the house several times, while I was in hospital... & I never got chance to thank him, for asking after me. So - in a short while, those are my plans - it's not much, but... it's something to be going on with !! Plus - I have a pile of dishes to try & get done, before the ladies get home - that is something I really need to do !!
So - I better be on my ways.... I thank you all, as always, for logging in & reading my words.... I would be interested to know what you are listening to ...... until next time.....
Bye Bye

My Picnic Hamper Man's happy day !!
Greetings Worlds....
A special BIG "Hi" to my reader in Australia...... it's nice to know you're there !! You can always drop me a comment - as can any of you - at anytime. I honestly don't mind - good or bad, it's always good to hear from you guys !!
Ok - it's a Saturday.... I'm calling it "day 1" of the big storm !! What am I going on about ?! Well - according to the weather guys, on TV... it's meant to be a horrid few days.... starting from today... in our area of the Universe & as yet, it's pretty good outside.... The trees are hardly blowing, from what I can see looking out of the window, down towards the school..... and as for the rain - well, we have had a bit, but nothing too heavy, as yet !!
Mind you - I'm not thinking about going anywhere today...... I've had a few busy days, this past week... so, I'm having a bit of a "rest weekend" !! More of all of that later....
First, the family...
As I type, B is sat a few feet to my left, on the 2 seater... sort of finishing a cup of her caffeine free tea. Not being a tea drinker (or coffee) I'm not sure how good or bad it is - but, I guess it's good enough !! As for the rest of the clan....
.... Well, ME is in bed, having down another nightshift, last night.... with another on the cards, for tonight !! I hope, her new job - which I think she will start soon - will mean less night work & all days.... it's up to her I guess, but I do worry about her !!
As for J - well.... as far as I know, he is still in Wales, doing his Uni course. Good luck Son...... I'm guessing we will see him at Christmas.... don't really know for sure on that one !!
Just took a short break - to "help" B move some stuff off of our bedroom shelve..... in the end, she did nearly all of the work - mainly as the box was too heavy for me to move, with-out tearing at the wound in my back !! I hadn't really thought too much about it - but, as soon as I tried to move the blooming thing, my pain level went way up & I handed the job over to B !!
Oh well.... I was able to help with a smaller (shoe) box.... which made me feel a little bit better with myself !! Nevermind - hopefully over time, as my back heals... I will be able to do a few more things... with-out killing myself in the process !!
Which leads nicely back to my hectic week... which I've covered a little bit, already - check my earlier posts... and you will find out that - on Wednesday - my Consultant was over the Moon, with my back... so much so, that between him & the nurse, I was allowed to leave Rover behind me & start anew with-out him !! Also - he was going to send me to see the plastic surgeons.... and that happened yesterday.......
So, B & I went off.... back to the hospital, for my 3pm appointment & - much to my surprise - the guys were running, more or less, on
time !! The best part was - it was the same plastic's guy, that I saw, when I was actually in the hospital - so, he knew me & my "history" from that first meeting...... It's not a great lot of fun, seeing new guys & having to explain everything over & over again !!
He was well happy with how things have gone & I'm being sorted out a bit of theatre time, down in Exeter - possibly with a spinal surgeon sitting in, sometime in the coming months. It might not happen, until after Christmas... which, in the scheme of things might sound like a long time.... but, it's only another couple of months !!
However - as I said to the guy.... I will go down, at the drop of a hat - short notice type of thing !! To put it to him, as best as I could, to the guy.... I've had to "live with this" since May 28th & - to be honest - the quicker he can get me sorted, the happier I will be !!
By now - I had hoped to be well passed it all, but.... well, it's been a hard slog & I am getting very pissed about it all now.......... I need to get it sorted, so I can move on.... hopefully getting 2014 together & having a better year of it all !! It can't get much bloody worse... it really can't.... Oh well !!
Life goes on....
On to music... at the moment I'm playing Cd 1 of the 'Monterey Pop Festival' set - that came, I think, earlier this week - I don't really remember !! The track of the moment is Eric Burden's version of 'Hey Gip'...... I had hoped his cover of 'Paint It Black' would of been on the set - but, I can't have everything I guess..
But - I would like to tell you a true story - dating back to 1975....... when 4 guys, packed up their stuff & really early in the morning, headed up to Knebworth, to see Pink Floyd. It was about a 4 hour drive - this is before the M25 - so, they had to tackle the old North Circular Road... to get around London - then up the A1....... yep, it was a long time ago !!
In among the stuff they took, was a basket thingy... like the old picnic things that used to be around many Moons ago........ with a pack of 24 cans of coke wrapped to it's lid. It was a bloody heavy thing - but, there was a plan to it all.
As the bands came & went, the food in the basket got eaten & the cans of coke got drunk... all except a few things, which - at the appointed hour - opened up to reveal their hidden cargo.......... A stereo microphone, a half (for it's day) decent tape recorder, 4 two hour tapes & enough batteries to light up a small village... well, maybe not that many, but... you get the picture !!
Even the guys who were with him, didn't know of the basket owners plans........ luckily, with everything all wrapped up.... neither did the security guys on the gates !! Why bust their asses, opening up a pack of 24 tins of coke, just to get into a picnic hamper full of food........ after all, it was only their job to do just that - but.....
So - everything was put together & as Floyd played, the various tapes were put in & - all in all - things went really well !! The whole show was taped & the guy was well happy with his little plan, as it had all come together, just like he hoped it would.
Moving on to 1978 - the guy got mixed up with the wrong crowd & had all of his bootlegs - including the Floyd tapes - taken away from him... "Boo-hoo". Luckily, however, a few copies of the recording did get made, by other people - so, all in all, it wasn't a complete wipe out.... there was always the hope the tapes would surface at some point.......
Now - we have to go forward to last night & I was trawling thru' various stuff.... and I found a recording on YouTube of the Floyd's '75 Knebworth show.... and, you've probably guessed it.... it's the same tape as the one "Mr Picnic Hamper Guy" recorded, 38 & a bit years ago !!
As I was playing it - I was telling B what was going to happen next & sure enough.... it all happened !! It's the same tape - right down to the "West Country" accents in the background...... it's well good & "Mr Picnic Hamper Man" is a very happy puppy today !! Oh well.....
Some of the details, on YouTube are wrong.... but, all in all..... it's a pretty good copy of the show.....!! Life is very good.....
Oh well.... with that little story out of the way, I better think of shutting down for now - it's 3pm & I'm getting a little finger sore, from typing !! I have to get on with a few other things - so, what the heck... it's time to sign off.... until next time.....
Bye Bye

Curved Air and other old stuff.....
Greetings World's......
How is your bit of the Universe treating you, this fine day ?! As far as I can remember - it's a Thursday, so... what ever you do on Thursday's... I hope all is going well !!
As I write.... or should that be "type" ?...... I'm sat here, on my ownsome. ME came home from work, about an hour ago & has gone up to bed. She's not working tonight.... but after doing the last 2 nights & having a bit of a late run home, this morning... well, she decided to get a few hours sleep !!
there was a nasty crash, on the motorway, early this morning & that meant her usual rout was all blocked up.... bummer & the last thing she needed after a full night shift, bless her !! Oh well.....
As for the other Lady of the house... B, My Wife & Dearest Friend... well, she has had a busy morning !! As mentioned before - she had a dentist appointment today - plus a Dr's visit & a trip to the hospital.... to do a bit of physio on her hips. I'm not sure if I've mentioned that before - but, it's been an on going thing, so... I hope she will be home soon - tho' I have no idea what time any of the appointments were going to finish !!
So - with J at Uni.... not including the cats... that's the family !!
Well, apart from your's truly..... and my week seems to have gone by pretty quickly really !!
I had to skip my dentist visit on Tuesday, as I was really feeling like crap..... then, yesterday, I had to head back to the hospital, to meet up with the nurses & my Consultant..... all is going really well !!
It is with much pleasure - and a little bit of sadness really - that I can announce to the World.... Rover & I are no longer an item !! I'm not really sure how long I was connected to "him"... it must of been a few months I guess...... I'll check out one of my older posts - I'm sure I must of written about Rover.... when I was first paired off with
him !!
Anyhoo.... after nearly 5 months, the wound in my back, has healed enough, so that I no longer need to carry Rover around with me, anymore..... !! Believe me - altho' it will seem really weird, not having the hassle of carrying the bloody thing around with me, all of the time........ I was getting very, very pissed off with it all !!
Not only has the wound healed enough, for me to lose my little black friend..... I am now being set up to have plastic surgery, on my back - I guess, to actually fill in the "crater" that has been left, which (as far as I can make out) will not completely heal on it's own.... By that, I mean - if left - I will still have a really weird "hole" in my back !!
I was well happy, when the Consultant said he would refer me for the whole plastics thing... as it meant things were really moving along !! Believe me - after having this "problem" for most of the year...... to know there is an end in sight - well, I'm well happy !!
Even more so, this morning.... as I've already had a 'phone call, from the team.... and I have an appointment, with them, tomorrow afternoon, at 3pm !! Things are really moving along.... it's been a hell of a struggle & I have wanted to give up, on more than one occasion - as the nurse reminded me yesterday - but, if all goes well, I might actually get this all sorted out...... maybe by the end of the year !! Time will tell, I guess....
The actual plastic surgery - if it goes ahead - will take place in Exeter.... about 50 miles away...... then, hopefully, I will get transferred back to the hospital, in Taunton. I'll see what they say, tomorrow. I've no real idea on what is actually involved - so, it'll going to be something new....... another surgery to add to my long list !! I will keep you posted......
Anyways.... the music of the moment....
I might of mentioned this, earlier in the week.... if so, I'm sorry.... but, I'm playing Curved Air's 1975 'Live' album. I used to have it on Lp.... and now, thanks to modern technology, it's been re-released on Cd !! To be honest - this is the first time, that I've played it, all the ways thru'.... and, it sounds pretty dated !! Oh well - maybe that's just me......... the tracks are:
1) It Happened Today
2) Marie Antoinette
3) Back Street Love
4) Proposition
5) Young Mother
6) Vivaldi
7) Everdance
As far as I can remember - it's a straight copy of the old Lp... no "bonus" tracks or anything, which is a bit of a shame.... if nothing else, they could of put a couple of studio tracks on, to pack it out a bit, time wise !!
Right - I better be on my ways....... I'm expecting B home soon.... plus, sometime this afternoon, we have the sweep coming, to do the Chim, Chim Cheroo !! It's Ok.... I think it's the drugs wearing off.... until next time...
Bye Bye

John Wayne & Gov't Mule.. Ho-hum
Greetings World's !!
It's a Tuesday, here in England..... and it's been a bit of a bummer really !! More of that later... first the family !!
As I type - ME is asleep in bed, ahead of a night shift. It must be really hard, for her to sleep thru' all of the noise coming from next door !! As mentioned (many times) before - the NFH is having an extension fitted to her (Dad's) house... and, to be honest - the builders are a bloody noisy bunch of jerks !! The trouble is - it's during a normal working day - so, we can't really do much about it all .... unless I go out & shoot them !! Now, there's a thought !!
Anyhow - that's our Daughter... Our Son, well... J is still in wales, at Uni...... hopefully he's doing Ok !!
Which just leaves B, My Wife & Dearest Friend... who, about an hour ago, went out to have her hair cut.... she should be heading back this way soon, so.... that just leaves me, sat here, typing these words to you & listening to the music of the moment...
....which - as i type, is a live set by Gov't Mule. I'm playing a bit of 'YouTube' tape, which I found last night. It was recorded at last years Mountain jam & - as far as I can make out, the tracks are:
1) Maggot Brain
2) Thelonius Beck
3) Yer Blues
4) Thorazine Shuffle
5) Cold Of The Earth
6) No Need To Suffer
7) The Shape I'm In
8) Mule
9) Love Ain't For Keeping
10) Bad Little Doggie
11) Blind Man In The Dark
12) Endless Parade
13) Kind Of Bird
I'm working on the listing, given below the video caption... so, I might be wrong on most of it - but, it sounds pretty good to me... hopefully, I will be able to buy the official copy, from 'Hittin' The Note' !! That would be good !!
Ok - as mentioned... today hasn't been sooooo good !! I was meant to go to the dentist this morning, but that had to be cancelled... mainly as i was throwing up & I didn't think the dentist would be too grateful if I showed up, at his surgery in that condition !!
I'm now meant to be going, on Friday morning.... we'll have to see how things go..... I'm not having much luck, at the moment - keeping things in my gut !! Too many pills & potions & not enough down time, between them all !! Well, that's what i think, at least !!
So - that's been my day really..... feeling like crap & listening to great music !! Life is good !!
Tomorrow should be good...... as I have to go back to the hospital & see my Consultant. I'm going to be interested to hear what he has to say, as I've not see him for 4 weeks - hopefully he will be glad with my progress -even if I am throwing up all the time !! Ho-hum....
I've mentioned in the past - about how our neighbour throws a big fit, if anyone is parked anywhere near her house... Well, I've just looked outside of the window & not only are the builders blocking our drive (which they have done all day) they are now parked in my disable parking bay !! Honestly - she had never moan to me, ever again !! Two sets of rules - one for her & one for the rest of the World !! B will have them sorted out, when she gets home.......
Ok - I think I will away for now.... 'True Grit' has just started on TV & as the music has been playing all day - I'll give the amp chance to cool down & give John Wayne a bit of a watch... I like a good "Western" ans 'True Grit' is about as good as they get !!
I thank you all for logging in & taking the time to read my words.... until next time...
