Looking for the magic pill......

Greetings Worlds !!

Do you ever get the impression that your computer, not only has a mind of it's own - but, using that mind - it is setting out on it's own mission of World domination ?! Throw into the mix, the fact that my computer hates me - well, that will tell you what kind of morning I've been having !!

Really - it's not been that bad........ but, to save time, over who was going to win the battle of minds - I just turned the off switch & showed the horrid thing, who really has the control in this house !! Which brings me nicely to B.... for first time readers....

B is My Wife & Dearest Friend.... ME is our youngest, a pretty & special Daughter..... and then there is J - our oldest, a Son of various skills - none of which, I'm sure he won't mind me saying, has actually hit the high spot of his so far !!

I must emphasize the "so far" bit.... mainly as he is a really great lad, who - if all goes well, will start Uni, later in the year. So - his time will come & no matter what, I'm proud of him and my Daughter..... they are great kids..... but, just remember guys - I've promised your Mum a walk-in clothes thingy.... so, when you move out, that's your bedrooms taken care of !!

Ok - back to B.... she is - as I type - in our little "porch" area....... it's a rough, kind of, lean to... which, someone thought, was a good idea at the time and tagged onto the end of the house. Now, well - it's one of those places that has become a magnet, for everything...... from shoes, to baskets of clothes - even an old exercise trampoline, which B uses from time to time. In short - it's a junk yard - with a roof. So, now & again - when it becomes impossible to get thru', to the back door - B goes out there & tries to attack it..... in the vague hope it might stay clean & tide..... for 24 hours at least !!

So, that's where the Wife is.... J is away, for the weekend, with some friends..... and ME - again for first time readers, she is a nurse - is asleep, trying to get some shut eye in, before going to work, for another shift, tonight.

It's Easter weekend.... and as so, a very special time. Mind you - having a "holiday" yesterday & everything, has thrown the old body clocks off a beat !! We keep thinking today is Sunday - which is all kind of weird !! Nevermind - tomorrow is Easter Day & - all being well - we will be at Church, in the morning !! It's been a while - too long really - since we were last there &, I think, it looks like B will be up for the visit tomorrow !!

We will see how things turn out.... time will tell.

Talking of which - time that is - our clocks alter tonight (I think)..... I've been told several times, by B, that it's tonight - so, we will get one less hour in bed, as the clocks go forward by one hour. Hopefully that's right - or else my brain will meltdown & it won't be the computer's fault !!

Right - my plans for today.... well, I'm going to make B a hot drink, try & do some more stuff, on this lovely computer of mine and - if all goes well, have a quiet day.... ready for the return of Dr Who, which hits the BBC (again) this evening !! That sounds like a plan to me.......

So - for now, I will away !! As usual, I thank you all for logging in & reading my words. Tomorrow will mark the 3rd birthday of this old blog of mine.... 3 years, "Wow" !! I've enjoyed writing & I'm so pleased that sooooo many of you take the time to read my words...... either that, or there is one person, running around the World, logging in from different countries, trying to fool me - not a hard thing to do !!

I will be back, at some point - unless I find a magic pill some place..... until next time....
