'Game Of Thrones' & Led Zeppelin...

A big "Hi !" to my German reader.... it's good to know you are logging in, as it is, with all of you... those who find this blog, by accident - or on purpose. Thank's for taking the time !!

I wasn't going to post anything, today... instead, I was going to clear the computer table, of all of the various Cd's that have found their way here & were literally taking the table over, as they piled up, one on top of the other !!

My plan, quite simply, was to sit here - no matter how long it took - and work thru' them all !! So - that's what i did !! For the last few hours - I have done one Cd after another... and, much to my surprise, I've completely cleared all of them !! I can't really believe it.... I can see the table top !! It's amazing !!

As I've done that... I decided to log in & see what was happening, in my little Universe - all I can say is "Nothing much !" Now I've cleared all of the Cd's - I'm at a bit of a loss, as to what to do next !! It's Ok... I have plenty to do.... even if I don't actually do it all now !!

It's a Tuesday, here in England... the Sun is bright, the sky is, a kind of, blue & the music is blasting it's way out of the Bose !! I'm home alone, as I type these words - sooooo, the music is just turned down to deafening & I'm letting the village know I'm here !!

As I hit the keys, I'm listening to a Led Zeppelin collection, that I found a short while back. I'm not going to give you all a track listing, mainly as there are 50 of them & I honestly can't remember what's on the Cd's !!

There are 4 discs, in total.... and I put the 50 tracks on, from a magazine poll, that was done some years back. Readers were asked, to send in their personal top Zeppelin tracks & the magazine printed up the results.

I've just  heard 'The Song Remains The Same' & that's being followed, un-surprisingly, by 'The Rain Song'. Beyond that, I don't know what is coming next........ other than the Cd has just jammed !!

 That's a bit of a bummer - so, that disc can go into the bin !! I'm trying a 2nd Cd now... 'Dancing Days' is playing, not one of my favourite tracks - tho' it came over well, on Zep's 1972 tour. Oh well.... hopefully this one won't jam !!

I can't remember how long ago, I actually recorded these Cd's... I'm guessing it's "old age" that has got the better of them, hence the skips. Oh well - I'll see how far this Cd plays.... ?!

As mentioned, I'm home alone.... B has gone over to the M & M's house, to help with their back garden. ME was here, last night & we talked it over.... so, B went over today, to try & help.

There is a load of gravel, over the garden, so the plan was/is to move it, to the outside edge & pile it up, in a kind of border. Hopefully it will work....

The 2nd Cd has just decided to play up... so, that's another one for the bin !! I'll try & do a new copy, if I can work out a track listing & go from there. For 2 Cd's to play up... well, it's probably my recording, rather than anything. Plus - as I said above - I suspect there is a bit of an "age" problem, with the discs.

Right - as I've finished doing the Cd's - on the table - I'm going to sit down & watch last nights episode of 'Game Of Thrones'. Ok - I've already watched it, but - it was a good episode & I can watch 'Thrones' over & over !!

Last nights was a great one !! Cersei finally got a bit of a bit of what she deserved.... and, good old Sam got it on with Gilly.... well, more the other way around, but... !! It was a great bit of TV - well, I think so, at least !!

So - that's a bit of a plan.... watch TV & - maybe - try & do a track listing, of these Cd's. If 2 have skipped, there is a great chance they all will !! Nevermind... it's all good !! Life is good....

I must go....
