Allman Brother's 'Beacon Theatre 24-10-2014'

Greeting's World's !!

It's a Friday & the end of another week.... I had to go out, to the local Dr's this morning & it was really cold, outside !! Since then, as I've felt like crap - I've stayed, here in the homestead, sat in front of the fire & staying warm !!

As I type, B is behind me, sorting out some washing.... it's pretty cool out there, so - hopefully she won't catch a cold !! No, I'm only joking... it's not that cold, in the kitchen - just warmer, here in the living room !!

Ok - it's been a couple of days, since I last posted anything. I think it was Wednesday, when I last - really & truly - felt like switching on the computer & writing anything !! I'm sorry a say, the effects of the last surgery, is still letting me down !! "Bummer !!"

I can't quite get my head, around what has happened - I really can not.

I went into hospital, for one - as I thought - last surgery..... and, to my way of thinking, it's all gone "tits up".... as we would say, here in England's South-West..

I saw the local nurse, this morning, for my thrice weekly torture session. Now then - I'm not moaning, about my nurses - or how they do things, but.... it's getting more & more painful, each & every time, that they change the blooming dressings !!

The nurse asked, if I was having them changed 3 times a week, or every day. Well, I don't really understand, exactly what she meant - but, B tells me, that the wound has got bigger, since Wednesday.... sooooo, I'm guessing it's to do with that !! Nevermind....

What's a hole in the back, between friends ?! Well - for one thing, it's a blooming pain !! Nevermind - time will tell, on what's going to happen next...... maybe a miracle, or something !! I will let you know, just as soon as I get to know, what the heck the Dr's are going do next !!

Well, I have been listening to another of the Allman Brother's concerts, from last year's Beacon Theatre run of concerts. I might have listed the tracks before - I can't remember...... anyhoo, the tracks are:

It was recorded on October 24th... as I said above, from last years concerts. It's well good.... and nice to hear 'Will The Circle Be Unbroken' again !! If you've ever had the chance, to hear Gregg Allman's solo live album, from 1974 ish... well, '...Circle...' is on there.

If all goes well, hopefully next week - some more of the concerts will reach me.... now that's something to look forward to !! I know, that the actual box, that completes the whole 2014 thing...well - that won't be here for a while, but... that's no biggy !! The music is the main thing - that's good enough for me !!

A while ago, B & I watch the old Mathew Broderick & Marlon Brando film 'The Freshman'. After watching all of 'The Godfather' films recently... it was good to see the send up !! Brando was brilliant - how they got him, to play the part, I don't know... but, it's a good laugh !!

Right - I best be on my ways.... B is cooking up a bit of supper... and I want to be sat & ready, for when that arrives in front of me !!
