Linkin' Park - Queensryche & Dream Theater

Greetings World's !!

In our bit of the Universe, it's raining one second - then brilliant Sunshine, the next.... all very weird !! B & I went into town, a while back & - with lots of luck - we managed to get in & out, without getting wet, at all !! It was really brilliant, considering.... oh well !!

As I type, B is sat over to my left, doing a bit of stitching.... some kind of craft thingy, that she has set her mind on doing. To be honest, it's really good - I'm amazed at the stuff she does !! She just sits there & away she goes.... stitch after stitch... it all comes together, well good....

On our trip, into town, we dropped some stuff off, at the M & M's house.... just some post, for ME. As yet, not everybody has clicked, that our Daughter has moved out.... oh, about 8 months ago !! I guess it all takes time... to sort everything out - besides, it's not like we have to go miles, out of our ways, to drop stuff off.

I did like going, today.... Bruce, the M & M's kitten, was looking out the window, at us - he is getting sooooo much bigger !! It seems like, everytime we see him, he is bigger & bigger.... a really big, "man eater" of a cat !! One day, we must do a kind of play date, with Archie & Bruce - I'm not sure who would come off best, if they got into a bit of a fight, even if it was only playing around. I guess we will never know ?! It's a shame really.... I think they would enjoy getting together.

Anyways - after going around, to their house... we headed towards the actual town, itself - not the biggest place on Earth, but.... we had to go into the bank. Not a lot of fun, today at least - nevermind, it's all sorted now.

I just wish, when you set up, a direct debit, the cash would come out, of the bank, on the same date, each month... at least, that ways, I could make sure the cash, was in the a/c... when it was needed !! It's all sorted now..... I'm glad to say. Maybe, next month, I'll get it right - so we don't have to rush around.

B just gone to fetch her mobile (the Devil's spawn) - incase ME called.... I told her, to text ME - to say how under fed Bruce looked !! Only joking - he really is a big boy !! I just wanted to make them laugh !!

Talking of laughing..... no, that's the wrong word - I don't know, which word to use !! Anyhoo - to explain, or try to....

When we came home, the neighbour across from us, called B over..... we had a parcel delivered, while we were out & she had taken it in for us - that's what made me laugh, smile - go "Wow"... I'm not really sure what word to use.... to explain...

The parcel came from Lady V & Sir J - over in Atlanta - and it contained, not only a book & DVD.... but, a brilliant little DVD player, on which to play "Region 1" DVD's !! A fantastic gift & - if you're reading my words guys - one that I thank you for, in more ways than I can express, in these words of mine !! It's a brilliant gift.... one which I will enjoy, over the coming years !! Thank's guys !!

To explain, the "Region 1" thing.... if you do not already know.

"Region 1" DVD's play in the USA... and "Region 2" DVD's play in Europe..... so, any of each, need their own region players, in order to watch them. It's kind of complicated - but...... I thank you guys, it's a brilliant gift !! I will no doubt go on, about the book, in later posts.... it's well good !!

As for the music of the moment... well, we have the TV on, as I type.... a DVD of 'NCIS'. If you've read my words, over the years, you will know that it's one of our favourite American shows - one we can watch, over & over !! We're picking episodes, at random.... just a few of the better ones, which is hard - given they're all good !!

I'm picking episodes, from different seasons, just to keep B guessing..... just a bit of fun really...

But - going back to music... I've finished doing the "mix tape" Cd's.... started a while back. All in all, it worked out to 13 discs, in total.... lots of music & I'm going to enjoy listening to them - once I've put them onto the iPod !! Hopefully, I'll get that all done, in the coming few days.... it might take a while, but... I'll enjoy doing it.

I'll have to take a bunch of stuff, off the Mini Egg - before I can put anything else on it... what, I don't know.... but, I'm sure I can dump some stuff !! It's going to be hard, deciding which albums, to erase... but, I'll sort it all out.... given enough time !!

I got around, to the last Cd - last night... with some Linkin' Park, Queensryche & Dream Theater... only, in my little mind, could sooooo much music, get mixed in together.... Ho-hum !!

Right - my plans, for the rest of the day....

I'm not 100% sure ?! I hope, if all goes well - to have a quiet, restful kind of evening & a good nights sleep. Last night was Ok - except, like a plank, I fell out of bed & hit the floor, with a pretty hard thump !! Not the best thing to do - but, it happens from time, to time.... nevermind, the bumps will go down, over time !!

Right, I must be on my ways....

So, for now - I thank you all, for logging in & reading my words..... tomorrow, I have to go down to the hospital - again - so, I probably won't get around to writing, until the weekend.... it's all good... until next time..
