........ a very wet & windy England at that !! B & I went out earlier & just avoided getting wet thru' - just as we got home, the rain came down in sheets..... with high winds to chase it along !! Not very nice at all !!
Oh well - that was an hour or so ago...... now I'm here in the dry !! I've just put the heating on - so, in a few minutes it'll be toasty in here !! B & ME have just gone out, dropping off Christmas cards & visiting the odd friend here & there. Most of our friends are very odd - but, we love them !! Then - on the way home, B is hoping to pick up some coal, for the Christmas day fire & ME is heading down to the Dr's....... being our 'little girl' she wants her Mum to go with her !! She might be just shy of 21, but she'll always be our little girl !!
So, that just leaves J, who - surprise, surprise - is up in his room on the computer !! If he ever gets a full time job, his computer will have problems coping with the lack of attention !! I think all 3 cats are in the house, I know 2 of them are on our bed - not sure about the 3rd !!
As for me - I'm sat here listening to the latest Warren Haynes album, 'Man In Motion' & all is good with the World !! It's a good album - I should play it more !!
As I said - B & I went out earlier, to some last minute shopping. We did intend to call around & see our friends.... drop off some pressy's for them. But, as it was, we met them in town - which saved us a little trip !! To be very honest - I was glad to head home !! Time we had called into ASDA & everything - well, I was bushed !! Never mind.... I think we're all done now - anything else that we have forgotten will just have to wait !!
So - we're all set for the weekend...... B decided she doesn't want to go to Church on Sunday, so I've e-mailed the Bishop to say we'll be missing. I'm sorry we won't be there - but, as B is the driver...... I can't go & leave her here on her own !!
My plans for now - well, sit back.... take on some heat & enjoy the music !! I know I have at least one Cd under the tree, so..... I'll let you know more about that later !! For now.... thank you for reading..
