Sammy Hagar & a bit of other stuff !!

Hi again World's !!

I'm back - after a pretty depressing day... a day that saw My Wife & Dearest Friend so very upset !! An upset caused by our Son J.... but, mostly myself. To use an old Star Trek Voyager phase - A goes to B & then to C... but, then back to A. Some things can not be changed - some things can not be forgotten....

But - J... you have caused your Mum some serious grief over the last couple of days - I might be to blame - shit, blame me !! I'm going to die one day - who you going to blame then ?! I'm fucked if I know..... I really don't !!

Anyhoo - the door is still open to you.... should you decide to come down off of your royal place, in the clouds, where it seems you are living at the moment !! One thing I will say tho'....

It's an old phrase & one you have heard me say many times before.... "I've been shit on, by some of the biggest ass holes in the World".... if you think hurting your Mum, is one way to live your life.... good luck...... & God's speed to you !! My life will go on, with or with out you..... and that's a fact !!

Enough of all of this shit...

B... has just gone into town. We checked the bank & "oops !" - we needed to put some cash in the old account, just to keep our heads above water !! Heck - that's something else to blame me for - being broke !! Oh well........

So - with everyone else living away now - I'm home alone, playing some loud Jefferson Airplane & listening out, for a guy to come & fix my wheelchair. It's due it's service & the guy is meant to come today... so, the door is open & I'm hoping he will get here, sooner, rather than later !!

I have to go back to the Dr's this afternoon - so, if the guy doesn't get here soon... well, he's going to miss us I guess !!

Back to the family... Our Daughter ME came over last night, for a visit. Bless her - M (her partner) was having a friend over... so, she came to see us. It was really great to see her !! B said this morning, that she got a text, to say they had painted a wall, in their living room.... it had to be better than that wall paper guys !! Oh well....

I mentioned going down to the Dr's again... yep - it's another day for a dressings change !! I really do not like these days !! It will all come to an end, one day.... not for another 5 weeks, at least !! That's the time, to my next visit to the Consultant, in Exeter - that's going to be an interesting day !!

I hope he will then decide, to get my back sorted, once & for all.... time will tell, on that one, I guess. But - I will be going back to Exeter, before then.....

...... there is a record fair, on June 28th & I really intend going to it !! I keep saying that... but, with everything that happened last Summer, I just never got back to one.... so, I'm really going to try & make sure, that I go to this one, at the end of the month !!

I will, of course, be looking at all the Cd's & Lp's, that are on sale there - but, more than that - I want to meet up with some old friends. Hopefully a couple of them will be there.... I need some cases & hopefully, some new live shows !! I'm not sure what is out, at the moment, sooooo I will take some extra cash with me !!

I never buy bootlegs anymore... but, I expect some will be available to me, if I show up !! Heck - I just enjoy going along to the fairs..... it has been a while tho' - so, I will be there to enjoy myself !!

I bought 'The Woodstock Experience' set - which, not only had this album on it - but, the complete Woodstock live set. It was one of those "must haves" !! Nevermind...

I've just changed it over.... taken it off & put the Sammy Hagar Lp 'Live - Loud & Clear' on the deck. I bought it last week, I think ?! The tracks are:

I never bought this, when it first came out.... but, I knew a few of the tracks, especially the last 2. They were always on the'rock' show, good old Tommy Vance !! It's Ok - tho' not as good as I hoped.... nevermind.

Right my plans, for the rest of the day....

I have to wait for the wheelchair guy & after that - I have a seat in front of the kitchen sink & a few dishes to catch up on !! I usually get wet thru'... but, it keeps me off the streets !!

Apart from that - I have one chapter left in the 'A Dance With Dragons' book, by Mr. G. J. J. Martin !! I hope the next 'Game Of Thrones' book will be out soon - I've enjoyed reading these past 6 or 7... whatever it's been !!
