It's normal.... whatever that is ?

Well Greetings Worlds !!

How is your bit of space treating you today ?  I hope all is well & things are looking on the up !!

It's a Tuesday here in England - I just had to double check myself, I thought it was a Monday !!  Never mind - it's definitely a Tuesday & life is pretty good in our part of wild England !!

Being a Tuesday - B has just gone out to her lunchtime gym class..... she will be back in a few hours (I guess) - that leaves me here, with J, as ME is out at work placement today.  She will be here in a couple of hours or so... I think she finishes at lunchtime, or thereabouts !!

It's been a quiet few days...... I think I last posted on Saturday.... I'm not even sure about that !!  Me & my lack of brain !!

Anyhoo - Sunday we went to Church - tho' we did leave a little ways thru'.  The powers that be, either have the place soooo cold, you have to wear a coat, or - as was the case on Sunday - it's too hot & horrid !!

That's why we left - as it was so hot, I really struggled with it & was close to flaking out !!  Luckily, B was with me & spotted my condition & took me out to the entrance lobby, to cool down !!  As the service was almost at an end - we made our way to the car & headed for home.  Oh well.... at least we went - the thought was there, even if my body couldn't handle it !!

The rest of the day was spent relaxing & reading....... there was a F1 race on - but, being a Sunday, I recorded it & watched the tape yesterday.  it might sound kind of stupid/dumb... call it want you want, but we do hold the Sabbath day special !!

As for yesterday - it was a bit of a hectic start !!  I knew I was due to go down to the village, for a haircut..... so, when I woke up at 9.45 ish, well..... I asked B what time I had to be there.  Thinking she was just letting me have a late morning, before getting me up.  I was wrong !!  My appointment was at 9.30 & B had forgotten all about it !!

Altho' it was a mad rush - I was there by 10 & even with the worse ever case of "bed hair" I was home soon after !!

We also went into town in the morning, to do a little bit of shopping & stuff.... It wasn't the best of days - cold & wet - so, I was quite happy to go in & out quickly.  ASDA was it's usual madness !! In my chair - when I first got the thing - I would do my best to avoid people, but now I'm a little more demented, I just let people walk into me !!

My thoughts are quite simple - I can see them, if they can't see me, that's their problem !!  The worst part is in the streets.... people walking around, head down "texting" on their phones !!  The number of idiots who walk straight into me, it's unreal !!  Never mind.... my life goes on.......


As mentioned before - I was a little spoilt for music, last week.  So, today - I'm playing the Joe Bonanmassa DVD soundtrack !!  As is my usual - I've transferred the music over to Cd.... for my own use.... until, hopefully, they release it officially !!  When they do that - I'll pick up the official Cd's - in the meantime, I can play the s/t with-out having to dig the DVD out each time !!  I find it sooooo much easier to play Cd's rather than DVD's !!

If I say so, myself, it came out really well !!  With the 2 'bonus' tracks, it fitted nicely onto 2 Cd's !!  Great stuff & great music Mr B !!

So - that's the music of the moment..... I was searching for a Led Zeppelin concert, from today, but couldn't find one.... so, I've cheated & gone back a day.  So, from June 11th 1972, I have a 3 Cd set recorded in Baltimore, the tracks are:

B just called from town...... I needed her to try & find a red ink cartridge for my printer & she got it for me !!  It's a pain, when just one ink runs dry - it shuts the whole thing down !!  Never mind - when she gets home, I'll get it back up & running !!

I had an e-mail, from my friend in South America, yesterday..... His Mum has got the Cd's for me & they are with either her, or the guy she goes out with, in the village.  He was very sorry for the fact that they have yet to reach me..... but, it's normal !!  He should know that by now !!  Oh well - life goes on !!

We also heard from Sister T, in Utah !!  It was great to read her words & to know she is Ok.  We worry about people, especially when we don't hear from them in (what seems) a long time !!  Anyhoo - "Hi T & R" - we're glad you're Ok !!

Ok - my plans for today....... well, I need to get a little bit of sleep, I have had a bad couple of nights & I need to catch up a wee bit !!  The problem is, however, if I sleep too long this morning, I won't sleep very well tonight !!  Swings & round-a-bouts really !!

I still have the new Rush Cd to play properly & the new Joe Bonamassa Cd as well....... as I've said before, so much music & too few brain cells to listen to it with !!
